Sales and Marketing Coordinator - Salesforce.com Guru

Responsibilities:

 

  • Salesforce.com administration to include the management, maintenance and generation of sales reports.
  • Prepare sales presentations and proposals.
  • Develop marketing collateral.
  • Gather and organize market information and competitive data.
  • Coordinate and participate in tradeshows and conferences.
  • Manage the company wide marketing calendar, including tradeshows, advertising and media deadlines, press releases and other public relations and promotional opportunities.
  • Manage targeted lead generation programs using email and direct marketing.
  • Coordinate lead distribution within the sales team.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of website content.
  • Work closely with sales and project management to identify key selling elements and refine marketing message based upon client feedback.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years experience in sales and marketing.  Experience with GIS, Mapping or Engineering Services is a plus.
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience with Salesforce.com.
  • Knowledge of standard marketing and research/analysis principals and practices.
  • Project management skills.
  • Excellent oral, written and communication skills and outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Must have excellent computer skills and knowledge of media variables.
